About Aggi's hantverk

Aggi's hantverk are owned and operated by Aggi Novak. The company is based outside Surahammar and the store is available online: www.aggishantverk.se.

You must be over 18 years of age to be able to shop in this online store or have the guardian's approval (guardian can e-mail an approval to kontakt@aggishantverk.se).

 

Aggi's hantverk ("I") is reserved for possible final sales, for warehousing at suppliers and for any price errors that may arise. I reserve the right to make product changes and improvements on an ongoing basis.​

By ordering, you accept and agree to the terms below.

Ordering

​

Once you have registered your order at the checkout, an order confirmation will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you have entered in your customer details. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact Aggi's hantverk via e-mail: kontakt@aggishantverk.se

If your order contains ordered goods (crafts that are made to your order), I will contact you via the e-mail you provided to reconcile and sort out any. thoughts about your order. At this time, you will receive information about any order item not covered by the right of withdrawal and about the more exact delivery time.

​

Delivery time depends on how many ongoing orders I have and how time consuming your order is.

Generally count on 2 to 8 weeks. If at this time you think the delivery time is too long, you can cancel or change your order.

I take orders in turn, but I take the right to work with several different crafts at the same time, which can result in a small order being completed before an order placed earlier than the small order.

​

The crafts are made by hand and each work thus becomes unique. This means that there will be small differences between your work and the original work.  

​

If your order consists only of finished goods, these will be sent as soon as I see that you have paid the invoice.

Prices

 

The prices quoted in the online store are those that apply and the price is in SEK. The price includes VAT 25%. For books, 6% VAT applies. Any shipping costs will be added and added to the checkout before you complete your purchase. The shipping fee is a fixed price of SEK 79. Free shipping on orders over SEK 999.

Prices for customers outside Sweden

 

The prices quoted in the online store are those that apply and the price is in SEK. The price includes VAT 25%. For books, 6% VAT applies. For customers outside the EU, VAT will be deducted on the invoice from Aggi's hantverk.  

 

Any shipping costs will be added and added to the checkout before you complete your purchase. The shipping fee is a fixed price of SEK 149 (incl. VAT) for customers living in a EU-country. For customers outside the EU, SEK 122 applies (excl. VAT).

Free shipping on orders over 1190 SEK (incl. VAT).

Payment

​

You can choose between manual invoice (incl. Swish option) and Klarna.

 

Manual invoice means that Aggi's crafts will email an invoice (via Bokio) to the email you specified, when your order is ready for delivery. Advance payment applies and payment is made to Bg 257-5074. The payment terms are 14 days. In case of non-payment, your order will not be sent. Aggi's crafts have ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by the customer.

 

If you choose to pay via Klarna, you choose when and how you pay. You do this when checking out at the checkout. Please note that the invoice from them is emailed to you on the same day you place the order. This is a setting that unfortunately cannot be changed at the moment. However, Aggi can manually remove or change invoices at Klarna, if necessary.

Delivery

​

I will send your order one to three days after I receive your payment. You will receive a delivery confirmation from me when I post your package. The goods are delivered with PostNord to your nearest postal agent. PostNord will email you information about shipping ID and how to track your package.

​

For environmental reasons, I prefer to deliver ordered goods together with any products that can be purchased directly in the online store.

​

Delivery terms: "Free our warehouse". This means that your order is considered to have been delivered only when it has reached your postal agent. Up to this point, Aggi's hantverk is responsible for the risk of the product being lost or broken, and any costs that may arise for this.

​

Sometimes delivery delays occur beyond my control. For example. that a supplier or freight forwarder is unable to fulfill his delivery obligations to Aggi's hantverk. If this happens, Aggi's hantverk disclaims liability to you as a customer for the damage caused by the delay. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

In the event of an unresolved shipment, I charge a fee of SEK 250 for handling the shipment (shipping and administration costs).

Right of withdrawal and right of withdrawal

 

Once we have initially reviewed your order, and you have received your estimated delivery time, you are expected to say "yes" or "no" to if you want to continue with your order. You have a 14-day withdrawal period and can cancel your order (or perhaps any part of your order). You do this by notifying me.

​

Once you have received your order (the date you pick up your package), you have 14 days to cancel your purchase. You must then send the item back to Aggi's handicraft and the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You are responsible for the return shipping. When I have received and approved your return, you will receive the money back for the returned goods within a maximum of 30 days. If one of the goods is an order item with a claim for a down payment, you will get back what you paid for the item on your final invoice (80% of the price).

You and the transport company bear the risk of a possible return to us.

​

The right of withdrawal does not apply to "goods that are specially manufactured according to the consumer's wishes or that have a clear personal touch". For example, if you want a personal name embroidered on the craft, the right of withdrawal will not apply to this craft. If you have wishes that involve a large deviation from the original craft (product images), the right of withdrawal does not apply. If you make a special order for something I do not have in my regular offer, the right of withdrawal does not apply. When we hear after you have placed your order, I will inform you if the right of withdrawal does not apply to any of what you ordered. You then have an opportunity to delete that craft from your order.

Complaint

 

In the event of a complaint, email your case to kontakt@aggishantverk.se.

 

- Product: Contact us within 5 working days after receiving the item.

 

- Shipping: Always report visible damage to the package, and if the package is missing, at the delivery point / postal agent. Then get in touch with Aggi's hantverk.

 

Concealed damage: Damage that is discovered when the package is unpacked must be reported to Aggi's hantverk no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods.

In the event of a dispute, Aggi's hantverk always follows ARN's recommendations.

Reservations

 

Aggi's hantverk reserves the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from my suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond my control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.

Protection of personal data

 

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact Aggi's hantverk at kontakt@aggishantverk.se.

 

I assure you that I will not sell or transfer any personal information to a party that is not linked to your order. Read more about my privacy policy .

 

 

Force Majeur

 

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond my control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on my part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis to release Aggi's hantverk from their obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
