Info about ordering from Aggis hantverk
In this short film, I tell you about how it works to shop in this store.
From order to received item
AN OVERVIEW
STEP 1
You place an order and receive an order confirmation via email.
STEP 2
I (Aggi) will email you and we will agree on your order.
You get an estimated delivery time and other important info.
When we have agreed I will begin with the next step.
STEP 3
I start working on your order!
I will keep up to date during the whole working process so that you can follow the manufacture of your crafts!
STEP 4
When your order is ready for delivery, I will inform you about this via email and send your invoice at the same time.
When the invoice is paid, I will send your order .
You will receive a delivery confirmation via email from both me and PostNord.
STEP 5
Once you have received your order, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (does not apply to special orders with a clear personal touch).

Hopefully you are happy with your order and then it only remains for me to thank you for giving me the honor and confidence to make one or more crafts for you.
