Tukuwool Harmas

Tukuwool Harmas is 100% Finnish wool yarn of the Kainuu Gray breed. The wool for this yarn comes from two Finnish farms, which specialize in breeding this rare Finnish heritage breed. The farms are located  Kajanaland, as a province in northeastern Finland. Here the breed was discovered and the lambs are born black, but of course  as they get older it turns black  in different shades of gray.

The wool is nice and fluffy, even shiny and very comfortable to wear. One  the ball is enough for a hat or a pair of gloves.
